Cancellation policy

Some products offered on our store may be available as pre-orders. This policy explains how pre-orders are processed and our cancellation terms.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not currently in stock and is expected to become available at a future date. Full payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your reservation.

Please note that release dates and estimated shipping dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice. Delays are common within the collectibles industry and are outside of our control.

All pre-order sales are final. Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged except as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

If your item arrives with a verified defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@citymorguetoys.com. Defective item claims will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
