Shipping policy

As a collector myself, I understand how important it is for your items to arrive safely and in the best condition possible. Every order is packed with the same care and attention I would give to items in my own collection.

While we take great care in packaging every shipment, once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times and handling are beyond our control. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to find the best possible solution.

In-Stock Items: Orders containing only in-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items typically ship within 1–2 business days after we receive inventory from our distributor. Please note that manufacturer and distributor release dates are estimates and are subject to change without notice.

Orders Containing Pre-Orders: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock merchandise.

Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos of the item, product packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
