VERY RARE Neca "The Devils Rejects" Otis Mask SIGNED By Bill Moseley (99/500) Items includes original packaging and a custom face plate  Please review all photos carefully as this item is FINAL SALE  NOTES: The box contains signs of minor shelfwear. It also has a rip in the top corner. The item itself is in fantastic shape! However, there are some signs of shelf wear as well. There are a few scrapes on the back (as shown) and the removable plastic covering in the front has marks on it. They resemble fingerprint smudges, but im not entirely sure what they are. This item is from my personal collection and they've been there since I received it about 5 years ago.  That being said, the plastic can be easily replaced.
