What types of collectibles do you sell?

We specialize in new and vintage horror movie collectibles and memorabilia, including action figures, statues, props, and limited edition items from popular horror franchises.

Are your items new, used, or both?

We offer both new and pre-owned collectibles, depending on availability.

How often do you add new inventory?

As a growing small business, we add inventory gradually. We continually expand our selection and introduce new items as we grow, including rare and exclusive horror collectibles.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the Continental United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock items: Typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Pre-order items: Ship within 2–3 business days after we receive them from the distributor.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, product size, and weight.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup.

Do you offer dropshipping?

No, we do not offer dropshipping.

All items are shipped directly from our store. This allows us to carefully inspect products, ensure proper packaging, and provide the best possible experience for our customers.

For preorder items, products are shipped to us first from the manufacturer or distributor, and then shipped out to customers once they arrive and are processed.

This helps ensure quality control and protects collectible packaging, which is especially important for collectors.

If you have any questions about a specific item or its shipping timeframe, please feel free to contact us.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet we can update it, but once it’s in transit we cannot change it.

Pre-orders

What if I move or need to change my shipping address for a preorder?

If you move or need to update your shipping address before your preorder ships, no problem!

Just contact us as soon as possible with your new address, and we’ll make sure your order is updated before it goes out.

Please note that we can only update the shipping address before the item has shipped, so the sooner you let us know, the better.

When will I be charged for a pre-order?

All pre-orders are charged in full at the time the order is placed. This secures your item from our incoming inventory and guarantees your spot in the pre-order wave.

Because pre-order items are reserved specifically for you, payment is required upfront and cannot be delayed until the item ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Some items — such as pre-orders, custom products, makeup, and certain appliances — are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Please review each product listing carefully for return eligibility.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We understand how important the condition of collectibles is. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to sales@CityMorgueToys.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that City Morgue Toys & Collectibles and Dereks Horror Stuff, LLC are not responsible for shipping carrier errors. While we take great care in packaging, issues caused by carriers must be addressed directly with them.

Authenticity & Quality

Are your collectibles officially licensed?

Yes. All items on this site are officially licensed, unless otherwise noted (e.g., custom or made-to-order items).

How do you verify authenticity for rare items?

Rare items typically include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or other proof, such as receipts or detailed photographs.

Do you buy collections from individuals?

At this time, we are not purchasing items from individuals, but we plan to expand into this area in the future.

Who are we?

Hi, I’m Derek, founder of City Morgue Toys & Collectibles and creator of the YouTube channel Dereks Horror Stuff. As an avid collector of horror toys, autographs, and memorabilia, I know how important careful handling and packaging are. Every item is shipped with the same care I would expect for my own collection.

City Morgue Toys offers a mix of new items and rare collectibles, including pieces from my personal collection. Please keep in mind this is currently a one-person operation, and I appreciate your patience as I work to ensure prompt shipping and excellent customer service.
