What kinds of collectibles do you sell?
We specialize in new and old horror movie Collectibles and memorabilia.
Are your items new, used, or both?
Both
How often do you add new inventory?
As we are just a small business starting out, we will currently be rolling out our inventory slowly. We plan to keep adding as we grow.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within the Continental United States of America. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping times may vary depending on product availability. In stock items will generally ship within 5-7 business days. Pre-order items will generally ship within 5-7 business days AFTER we receive them from the distributor.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout based off of location and product size/weight.
Do you offer local pickup?
No.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
There is a 14 day return period on most items, starting once you receive the item. Some items may not be eligible for return (make up, appliances, pre-orders, etc.) Please review the listing carefully as the description will mention this. In that case, those sales are FINAL and cannot be returned/refunded. If you have any issues with your order, please contact Info@CityMorgueToys.com for assistance.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
As a collector myself, I understand how important an items condition is. While we may not offer returns on every item on the site, we will do our best to make things right. Please reach out to Info@CityMorgueToys.com with any issues.
Please note, City Morgue Toys & Collectibles along with Dereks Horror Stuff, LLC. are not responsible for any issues caused by the shipping carrier. Although we will do our best to package and ship your item securely, any issues resulted from shipping errors/handling will need to be addressed through that carrier.
Authenticity & Quality
Are your collectibles officially licensed?
Yes, unless otherwise stated (custom, made to order, etc..) all items on this site are officially licensed.
How do you verify authenticity for rare items?
Rare items will generally include a reputable COA or other source of proof (photos, receipts, etc..)
Do you buy collections for individuals?
At the moment, we do not purchase items from individuals, however, we plan to expand this in the future.
Who are we?
Hi, I'm Derek from Dereks Horror Stuff! As an avid horror/toy/autograph collector myself, I've always wanted to own my own store and I am working to make that dream a reality. Because I'm a collector myself, I am sure to package each item the way that I would like to receive my own, with safety and care. I'll be selling new items, along with a nice mix of older, harder to find items, often times straight from my own personal collection.
Please keep in mind, this is currently a one man operation. I will do my best to ensure prompt shipping and answer any questions you may have as soon as possible. I appreciate your patience.
