Refund policy
Returns, Refunds & Pre-Order Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise noted.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than a verified product defect.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@citymorguetoys.com.
To submit a defect claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Clear photos showing the issue
Claims submitted without photos may be denied.
Once we review the information, we will determine whether the item qualifies as defective. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
After the item is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method if the defect claim is verified.
Packaging & Box Condition
Many of the products we sell are collectibles and may arrive with minor packaging imperfections that occur during manufacturing, distribution, or normal retail handling.
Minor box wear, including but not limited to:
- Small creases
- Minor dents
- Soft corners
- Light scuffs or scratches
- Slight paint imperfections
- Manufacturer packaging variations
do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for a return, refund, exchange, or replacement.
We cannot guarantee mint-condition packaging unless specifically stated in the product listing.
Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging all orders and do our best to ensure items arrive safely.
If an item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The product packaging
- The shipping box and shipping label
Shipping damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Additional information may be required to assist with a claim filed with the shipping carrier.
Pre-Order Policy
All pre-order sales are final.
Estimated release dates and shipping dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice. Delays are common within the collectibles industry and are outside of our control.
Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all items in the order are available unless otherwise stated. Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner should place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock merchandise.
By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept that release dates, arrival dates, and shipping dates may change.
Additional Terms
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
- We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our sole discretion.
